Habits and creativity
As explained, our brain tries to adapt and look for stability. The
creativity and ability to seek new opportunities is lost when you do not
exercise the brain to adapt to changes. To do this I will talk about the
habits.
Speak of habits because they are small steps to begin to exercise
your brain. It may seem absurd, but completely stable disables your brain to
see new opportunities and be more creative.
You have five senses, which send signals to your brain to make decisions, observe, ... But sometimes your brain transforms the information received to make you feel comfortable. That is relating the information received habits, memories, etc.. It is said that the brain deceives you. For example: your eyes see in two dimensions. If you cover one eye, your picture will move to the right or the left. It's your brain that information to interpret changes at reality. If your reality is always the same, for it is easier to interpret this reality. So don' t stop exercising the ability to interpret, to observe, to imagine ...
Most
of the time you don't put attention, your brain interpret the information and
make an "mental reality "Think about an illusionists, they knew
that the senses deceive us and They found ways to surprise people with it. Now,
think about your routines, and observe that your mind reads the

Something, that happens constantly to me is that when I read some
words I relate it with one more usual.
So, you should trust your senses?
Your senses help you to connect with your clients, to understand and interpret your market ...
therefore you must believe in your senses, but it is advisable to exercise your
brain so that it retains the ability to observe and learn.
Can you change your habits and exercise your brain?
Yes! Some research at different universities in United States,
show that human naturally are ready to change and learn, but the comforts of
today make it easy for your brain be “laziness”. Learn and change need effort
and work.
Why is so important to change habits?
Eric Kandel shown in their research that when an animal learns
something new, activates some genes,
also, are activated neurons and creates protein. This process opens your mind
and gives you the ability to see new opportunities.
But, What have in common learning and habits?
Habits make easy your life,
build trust and stability. But, an absolute dependence on your habits,
denies you the ability to see other things, learn and observe otherwise.
Los experts said : It is
important keep the brain active and with the ability to not accustomed to a
absolute routine. Think about it! The brain is a part of your body that
sometimes We forget . As you need to exercise your body, don’ t forget do it
with your brain. I would say it the Greeks, mind and body healthy.
You and your team are
indispensable resource for your company because you are unique and
unrepeatable, and the ability to be creative is different in each of you.

- Read new books, if you don’ t like read that much maybe is because you didn’t find one book that you really like it.
- Do some exercises, I will do some videos about it.
- Sleep 7-8h/d: Your brain need time to consolidate and organized your new knowledge.
- Change something at your office
- Go to work and change something.
