The red color, have the ability to increase blood pressure and nervous system. The red color is outgoing, vital, ambitious, ... The red color has its positive characteristics, such as for those who want to memorize contents.

White hat: With this thought we focus on the data available. See the information we have and learn from it. White is the purest, which shows me the information such.
Red Hat: he sees problems with using intuition, feelings and emotions. The participant exposes their feelings without having to justify them.
Black Hat: this hat using'll start thinking of judgment and caution, highlighting the negative aspects of the subject.
Yellow Hat: this hat will think positively, will help us to see why something will work and why it will offer benefits.
Green Hat: The green color we usually associate with nature helps us to empathize with others and this technique is often used to include new factors, innovative ideas.
Blue Hat: hat is the control and management of the thought process. With it summarizes what has been said and come to conclusions.
3. Try to think like a kid.
Kids
have the capacity to ask and try things that probably you think that for logic
is not going to work. But If you don’ t try you never know.
As
experts say, falter 3/4 parts of your time to understand the problem, once
understood only need a few minutes to fix it.

creativity.
Think
about something that make you feel better, watch something on tv, listen the music you love or even put on music and
dance before work.

As I
Said before Habits make your brain be use to it to work always on the same way,

7. Talk
with new people and share your
ideas.
If
you always are with the same people you always have the same information, the
same view, and the same opinions. Try to meet new people, go to meetings, and discussion your idea, many companies like
PIXAR, use discussions for all projects. Is one of the reasons that team work
is so important.
8. Drink water
Being hydrated is important for you to work
properly. We also have a healthy balanced diet. A diet low in vitamins or
proteins may affect your performance at work and also in your creativity.
Keep
a bottle near you water and healthy snacks in the office. As almonds, fruit
pieces, ...

and achieve goals.
Less
then 10% of people that try to make a goal, actually do it. Why? Most of the
time is because they didn’t start looking the problem. (Watch my video about

The
people that make real their dreams, This
one could be you!, normally use some technic. One of the best techniques is to
stay motivated. Start something is never easy. You have to work hard. A lot of
successful entrepreneurs say they get their first months resigned to many
things and worked between 10 and 12 h/daily. One of the best ways to stay
motivated, that I use too, it’ s to create small daily or weekly goals, monthly
goals ... obtaining rewards.
If
you are here because, You are not sure to keep going with your business, if you
don’ t know what else to do… DON’ T LOSS THE MOTIVATION. You don’ t have a bad
luck, business it’ s not about good luck. And the ones are, normally have a
short business life time. Business is about be insistent, about be creative, about understand your client needs,…
Some studies said that you need more then 10.000h/ Work to be good in something.
I'll
give this example because in my case I do the same, because I love cookies and
chocolate. Look at that simple. Jerry Seinfeld, admits he has a hard time
starting to write and to motivate gets a box of cookies next and every time you
write a page you eat some cookies. I to be honest when I've already eaten
several put a few pieces of apple and chocolate that studies show that
increased sense of well being and happiness and therefore productivity.
The best tips.
- Divide your goal into smaller goals and get motivate with something you like.
- Tell you family and friend your idea, that make you feel like is real.
- Try to talk with people that understand you and can give you advice but also someone that have high positive energy and could motivate you.
