Tips for connect with your client in a meeting


In the checkout process, your client is influenced by variety of reasons. You have the change to  argue that your product (or service) is right for them. One of the last decisions after having sought information, heard other opinions, find their identity with the product, or remember some experiences ... Make very important  the contact with your company and the treatment you and your company give to them.
Don’ t forget, that Customer service should always be excellent.
So if you have a meeting with your client is important that you have some tips in mind.

  •  BE optimistic.

Your image should reflect calmly, purchase motivation ability and good energy.
Keep good posture, back straight, smile. If you want do an exercise that I usually do: Think of something you like before the appointment, just need two minutes. I hear my favorite song.

  • Do not look in the eyes aggressively. 

Look between 60 and 70%. And it is better if you look between the eyes and not directly, or alternately .
It is not advisable to look at the mouth.

  •  Do not prove that you are nervous. Relax!

If you get nervous, do not touch your nose or behind the ear, or try to think back to the conversation on which you feel good. Touching your nose is a symbol that you could be lying.
  •  Listen

Listen attentively to your customer, moves your head to show that you listen, you can also smile ( not always).  Answer their questions directly. It’ s better a simple answer,  that a long one and the client does not understand anything.
  •  Builds a honest relation ship

Be honest, honesty guarantees a long-term connection with your client. Also, do not underestimate your client. Today customers are looking for information before buying.

10 steps for your business


Someone ask me how to start changing her business to make it more social and capable to listen the customer needs.

So I will give you some advice, to make sure you can survive on the actual market.

I always said that you should believe on yourself and give credit to your news ideas. Don' t be scare to start something, but the most important DO IT!  I call it "fear of blank paper"  because is the moment when you need to start writing all your idea, how do it , and start making a project. Sometimes is difficult to know where start it!


Business is like go to hike. When you start do in it, in a hard mountain  you feel all the time you can' t and so is probably that you don' t do it because you don' t see the end. But if you start hiking on a easy one, where the hiking is still hard, but more easy, you know how long it is, you could make it and your will be feel ready for a new trip.

What I' m trying to say is dream! but use real goal and with an achievable goal, that can make you motivate to start an other one.

-Write down about who are your right now and who you want to be (short and long term)
-Write about your ideas and what you always are thinking but you never did.
- Analyzes the service you give to your customers (sales representative, online, networking)
- Make an visual scheme (DAFO, CANVAS)

Now you have you ideas, your problems and your strengths, and We can work on start a new business plan.
Even I think the most important strategy for a business is make a cohesion, I will give you some ideas to start making better business.
10 steps for your business

1. 
 Trust yourself and do  not listen to people who discourage you. "Called realists"

2. Take time to understand the problem, you understand the problem will be easy to find the solution. But never approaches the problem only.

3. Listen your team and share ideas, open your door and your mind. They are close to the client and to your product or service so They could give you great ideas.
You can reward them with benefits such as recognition, pay raise or a day off.

4. Make sure your branding doesn' t need a renovation. Sometimes doesn't tell what We want to show.

5.How much sales did you did this 3 last month? How to do better? Make a plan for this two or 3 month with some of your and your team ideas. Share with all your workers and feel brave to motivate all your team!

6. Make sure you client doent have new needs! What your competition is doing, What the people said online, ...LISTEN!

7. Is not about be on social networking, Is about use it right ! Share information, communication with your customer, ..etc. 
Social media is not a sales tool is a tool to increase customer loyalty, improve your image, to communicate and to be able to observe the needs of your consumer.

8.  Brings value to the consumer.
If your business is about food, give them recipe or information about healthy food!

9. Be an honest, responsible, sustainable ... business.  Today the consumer will support your reliable business  that your business just for your product.


10. To grow you have to invest. Make your money make money and work for you. Use the extra benefits to promote, to invest in your future and the future of  your company.
